Would you like to have all of the warmth, quack and soulful smoothness of a Strat paired with the sting and attack of A vintage tele? The Scalpels are for you! This set of pickups has been tuned and voiced to optimize resonance and accentuate the qualities of a Strat in the neck and middle position while also offering tele spank from its bridge pickup. The neck and middle are designed with modern staggered polepieces (neck A2/bridge A4), and the bridge is designed with flat poles (A5) and a metal baseplate like the original broadcaster pickup. Think vintage by nature but, with more articulation and touch sensitivity. They provide the perfect balance of tone across the three pickup positions. This set can do it all!
