Refund Policy

At Stocktone Custom Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund guidelines below.

• Refunds are available for unused and undamaged products returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Custom-made pickups are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

• To request a refund, contact us at stocktonecustomshop@gmail.com.

• Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Custom orders, gift cards, and clearance items cannot be refunded.
